Services for visitors with reduced mobility

Free admission and guided tour for disabled visitors and their carers, on presentation of valid proof (Mobility and Inclusion card for French visitors), or organisation certificate (groups).

Self-guided tours, book in advance

If you book your tickets in advance, you'll have less waiting. Children aged 18 and under receive free admission.

Book a ticket

• Wheelchair users will need to be accompanied around the site and in the garden.
• The toilets are accessible to PRMs.
• Guide or assistance dogs are allowed on site.

Parking

There are two dedicated parking spaces for people with reduced mobility at the entrance to the site.

Access

• The access path to the villa from the ticket office-shop and the garden paths are covered in gravel, which can make it difficult for wheelchair users and pushchairs to get around outside.
• A ramp for disabled people gives access to the villa
• A lift serves all levels of the villa: almost the entire tour is wheelchair accessible (only part of the games room is visible but not accessible).
